Diary of a Resurrectionist, Monday 6th January 1812

Monday 6th
Went to Barth’w took 1 to the London, Jack & Tom 1 to Harnige, Do. to St. Thomas’s. Came home, in all night.

Took 1 subject from the store to the London and Jack and Tom took 1 to Harnige, who Naples here clearly designates as the demonstrator to St Thomas’ s Hospital.

Tom is almost certainly Thomas Light.

About theresurrectionists

My name is Kirsty Chilton. I am a Medical Historian working in London and relentlessly searching for the body snatchers of 18th and 19th century London. Currently, the content of this blog is a personal project to repost and comment on the diary of 19th century Resurrectionist Joseph Naples 200 years from the time it was written.
